If you’re a Chick-fil-A regular chances are you use the Chick-fil-A One App. And no doubt you are hoping to achieve Red Status. It’s the pinnacle place in the Chick-fil-a hierarchy. According to Chickfila.com the One app is the “tiered membership program that gives you the ability to earn points with every purchase.” Some things you can do with the app include:

  • Place food orders.
  • Earn points towards free food rewards.
  • Receive a birthday reward.
  • Gift points to family and friends.

Chick-fil-A One App Tiered Levels

There are three levels within the Chick-fil-A One app: Member, Silver Member and Red Member. In order to move up to Silver member you must earn 1,000 points in a year. In order to achieve Red Member status you must earn 5,000 points in a year. For Chick-fil-A fans, there’s nothing quite like the feeling of achieving “red status.”

Celebrating Red Member Status

Corban Garcia, an 18-year-old in Dallas, Texas, knows this feeling well. Earlier in the year he made it to Red Member status. To celebrate this achievement he decided to do something big to celebrate. He booked a flight to Atlanta, Georgia and organized a visit to the home office. One of the perks of becoming a Red Member includes receiving an invitation to take a tour of the headquarters just south of downtown Atlanta.

An Unforgettable Trip to Atlanta

Corban says he landed in Atlanta just as COVID began wreaking havoc, forcing businesses to shut down. He opened his email only to discover his tour of the Chick-fil-A home office had been cancelled. Rather than let this disappointing news completely derail his adventure, he decided to take an Uber to the Dwarf House, another Chick-fil-A icon. The Dwarf House was Truett Cathy’s first restaurant, a diner that opened in 1946.
